New Residents

In conjunction with the duties and responsibilities of our officers, Walnut Creek has retained Home Association Solutions LLC (HAS) to assist in our management of financial, administrative, and operational functions. We view this value-added service as necessary to preserve the Association’s financial health and to optimize efficiency. Our dedicated business agent and primary point of contact with HAS is Kevin Cahil. Although our Board collaborates directly with HAS on all issues, we would appreciate you contacting Mr. Cahill directly at (913) 825-0001 for general Association issues.

 

As a new resident, we understand you will be very busy unpacking boxes and getting settled in, however, it is very important to make sure you are aware of our by-laws, deed restrictions, pool rules, architectural review requirement for home improvement projects, and other important neighborhood information. You may review this information on-line at www.walnutcreekhomes.net or by downloading the New Resident Information Packet.  We also encourage you to register at the association’s website to obtain periodic e-mail notices regarding neighborhood events and activities.

 

The prior owner of your home should have left a key to the neighborhood swimming pool. If you were not provided with a pool key when you purchased your home, please contact Home Association Solutions at 913-825-0001 to obtain a key. Please note that your annual homes association dues must be paid in full in order to receive a pool key.

 

 Our Association is a continuous “work in progress” and can only be successful with your ongoing participation and support.
