Architectural Review Required for Construction Projects
 
To maintain the appearance and property values in Walnut Creek, architectural review is required for exterior changes to your home.  This includes projects such as room additions, re-roofing, painting which changes the color of your home, fences, etc.. Simply submit an Architectural Review Request Form. The process is fast and easy.

Trail Etiquette
Now that the walking trail is complete, it is receiving lots of use as both people and pets. In order to keep this area clean and attractive, please do not litter on the trail or surrounding area.  Also, please pick up after your pet.  Nothing spoils a walk like stepping in a pile of dog waste.  Thanks for your cooperation.

Volunteer Committees
 The Board of Directors is looking for ambitious and dedicated volunteers to assist with common area maintenance, pool supervision, event planning and special projects. If you have always wanted to get involved in your community, we would appreciate your time! Many committees only meet a few times a year but make a positive and lasting impact on our subdivision -- a small commitment by a few, instead of a large commitment by one!
