Clean out the closets, basement, and garage and get ready for the Walnut Creek neighborhood garage sale. To help publicize the sale, the homes association will put up signs and place ads in local newspapers.
the garage sale is a great way to find bargains. . . and make a few bucks, too!!!

| Architectural Review Required for Construction Projects |

To maintain the appearance and property values in Walnut Creek, architectural review is required for exterior changes to your home, such as room additions, re-roofing, painting which changes the color of your home, fences, etc.. Simply submit an Architectural Review Request Form. The process is fast and easy.

Trail Etiquette
Now that the walking trail is complete, it is recieving lots of use as both people and pets. In order to keep this area clean and attractive, please do not litter on the trail or surrounding area. Also, please pick up after your pet. Nothing spoils a walk like stepping in a pile of dog waste. Thanks for your cooperation.
Trash/Recycling Containers
To help maintain the appearance of the neighborhood, please store your trash and recycling containers in your garage or otherwise screened from view. Please do not leave trash and recycling containers in the driveway or at the front of your home.
Volunteer Committees
The Board of Directors is looking for ambitious and dedicated volunteers to assist with common area maintenance, pool supervision, event planning and special projects. If you have always wanted to get involved in your community, we would appreciate your time! Many committees only meet a few times a year but make a positive and lasting impact on our subdivision -- a small commitment by a few, instead of a large commitment by one!
Committees seeking volunteers include:

- Garage Sale
- Pool
